Niraj Sheth
Chairman
Mr. Sheth is the Co-Founder of The Loan Depot Lending Company, Inc (now LD Capital), a Wall Street mortgage conduit. Since the inception of LD Capital in 1996, he has worked in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and President. Before the formation of LD Capital, he was an independent consultant for various Wall Street firms in New York and Chicago. Mr. Sheth has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and an MBA concentrated in Finance. He has been a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association since 2001. In 2014, he re-branded The Loan Depot Lending Company to LD Capital and expanded operations to include Conventional, SBA 504, SBA 7A, CMBS, Leasing and EB-5 Lending programs. In his career Mr. Sheth has facilitated and structured over $4.0 Billion dollars in CMBS, SBA and EB-5 deals. He is committed to providing the highest level of service and integrity to investors and clients.
Dhrumel Sheth
President
Mr. Sheth was born in Toronto, CA, then immigrated to the US as a child. He received his finance degree from University of Alabama. He also has achieved MBA concentrated in finance through University of Phoenix. After receiving his Bachelor’s, he began his career in Charlotte, North Carolina then ultimately decided to join the family business in 2015 as leading contributor both domestically and Internationally for LD Capital.
Waylon Brusch
Executive Vice President
Mr. Brusch has always had a niche in leadership, serving on several local, state, and national service teams. He studied Business Marketing at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He has experience from an early age in small business ownership and entrepreneurship. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia to join LD Capital in their corporate office in 2016 and is now a key member of their Global Marketing team.
Vishal Shah

Mr. Vishal Shah has completed his BCA (bachelor’s in computer application) and he is having total work experience of 5 years for US market and is working with LD Capital as a Sr. Analyst since last 3 years. He is continuing in learning to add value to his education and simultaneously satisfying the needs of the organization.

Mr. Amit Jani is B.SC Environmental Science and an MBA in Marketing. He has 4.5 years of work experience in domestic marketing and research work. His area of expertise is Research and Analyst, Project Management, Startup and managing new projects & Customer Relationship Management. He works as a senior analyst and managing day to day research work in LD Capital.

Khushboo Gada is the Inhouse Attorney. She is based out of Mumbai, India, and has acquired hands-on experience in immigration, business, and investment laws while working with multinational corporations, consulting firms, and high-net- worth individuals across the globe. She is passionate about helping immigrants navigate the immigration system and achieve their dreams Khushboo has numerous years of experience in employment- based, skill-based, family-based and EB-5 investor immigration for the U.S. She has also assisted several individuals and corporates with skill and business immigration programs for Canada.
